We are so glad you’ve stopped by to learn more about the possibility of booking an event at THE VISION! Our facilities are designed to host an array of events – from personal retreats to youth and children’s camps to conferences. Even if you’re not quite ready to book yet, we would love to hear about what type of event you have in mind for your group. We will work with you to determine the best ways we can serve you.

A number of factors go into determining our rates such as group size, duration of stay, and facility type. For that reason, it’s best for us to hear exactly what you are looking for so that we may give you a rate estimate based on your group’s needs.

Reservation Policies:

 

Legacy Camp:

  • $25 per person/per night with a 4 person minimum.
  • A $50 per building cleaning fee will be applied to groups only staying one night.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation.
  • All deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of event.
  • Free use of the Pavilion with groups of 20 or more.

 

Pool Pavilion:

  • $150 for a 3 hour use of pool and/or pavilion.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation.
  • All deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of event.
  • No charge for groups of 20 or more using our overnight facilities
 

Legacy Pavilion:

  • $150 per day
  • A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation.
  • All deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of event.
  • No charge for groups of 20 or more using other overnight facilities.

 

Pier/Lake:

  • $200 per day
  • A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost is required to confirm reservation.
  • All deposits are refundable if reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of event.
  • No fee if other accommodations are already reserved

 

Lodge Banquet Hall/Game Room:

  • Churches –$75/hour or $250/per day
  • Weekdays–$75/hour or $500/per day
  • Weekends–$100/hour or $750/per day
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is needed to secure reservation with the remaining half due by arrival.
  • Weddings Only – A refundable damage deposit of $150 is also required to secure reservation. This deposit will be refunded to your credit card or by check.
 

Financial Policies:

Vision Ministries is thankful that your group is interested in using our facilities at The Vision for your event. Please help us to be financially responsible as a ministry by carefully reading over the following financial policies:

A deposit of 50% of your total invoice is due to secure your reservation at The Vision. This deposit is refundable and/or adjustable up to 30 days prior to the start of your reservation. After 30 days prior to your event, your deposit is non-refundable.

You must notify us no later than 15 days prior to your reservation if your total group numbers have changed. Your group is financially responsible for the full price of any reservations made and not cancelled within 15 days of the start of your reservation.

If your projected numbers drop to an amount lower than the deposit given AND notice is given to our offices BEFORE 30 days before the start of your reservation, the difference will be applied to your balance. If your projected numbers drop to an amount lower than the deposit given and notice is NOT given to our offices BEFORE 30 days before the start of your reservation, you will not be reimbursed the difference.

If, within 15 days of the start of your event, you find that your numbers will be lower than projected, your group is still financially responsible for the full amount of your reservation. You will need to communicate your final numbers with Vision Ministries BEFORE 15 days prior to the start of your event so that we may adjust your invoice accordingly and so that your group will not be held financially responsible for reservations you will not be using.

You may add to your reservation at any time as long as there is space available. Please let us know if you have any questions about these policies or building capacities.
